Better places in the area for the money

The staff was kind and professional.

The elevators were broken, the food was subpar and there was a smokey smell on the floors.

It was a wonderful stay. Good location to the hospital area of which we were there for.

#1 was the staff's friendliness and desire to meet our needs. The breakfast was more than adequate. My wife commented on how the eggs were just right.

The hotel was surprisingly nice for the money.

Everything about my stay was great. Starting with the friendly greeting of the staff member when I checked in, to the clean, quiet room, to breakfast. The ppol was nice. I felt the parking was safe because of the access gate. The location on the West Loop was convenient to a lot of things.

Shower curtain on the bathtub. It was clean, but I'd prefer a sliding door.

It was like I was at home stay.

The breakfast was excellent. The night snacks were more like a meal than snacks. This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at.

The front desk Ashlee was super nice and welcoming!! Each night she was amazing smiling and greeting us each time we walked Through the doors!!

The bartender/ cleaning lady needs a second person to do so she can make the drinks correctly! Filters needed to be changed! No smile from her and her sunrise and cherry vodka was gross! We weren't pleased!!
