The hotel staff, particularly Leah and Judith, went above and beyond to ensure every detail (Read More) was perfect. The rooms were fantastic and well-equipped. However, there were some criticisms regarding the billing system and breakfast service. The housekeeping staff, valet, and free town car service were highlighted as outstanding. There were positive comments about the atmosphere, decor, and service at Bloom and Bee. One guest was impressed by the honest and helpful staff who returned their lost wallet. The check-in process was seamless, and the suite, dining options, and pool were all enjoyable. Chelsea, a server, received high praise, as did David for his exceptional service. Stella's, a bar within the hotel, was described as beautiful, with cheese boards and wine tastings. Parking was limited.

Breakfast was great - we ate at the Bloom and Bee; beautiful setting and great meal. I highly recommend to anyone looking for lovely options for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a beautiful atmosphere. We ate dinner one night at Willie G's and another at the local brew pub - both were amazing and had great food. I highly recommend Willie G's, you can walk from the Post Oak and the brew pub in on the first floor, great for arrival night as it's casual and high energy.

Overall excellent hotel , I like place and locations , staff are very friendly , hotel rooms and facilities are above than standard

some kind coffees and water supply need in the room , if some guest required small fresh fruits
