I didnt like having to park away from the hotel and also walking to the water park that was outside the hotel as well. I didn't like the elevator break down.

Should of stayed at the Cayman resort

Did not get good instructions how to get to our room. Parking garage is very scary after dark. Pool area had too many drunk unruly people most without wrist bans that we were instructed a must to have on to be in pool area, not safe for our 6 and 8 year old. Allowing kids to sit at the bar, where paying customers could not oder a drink. Family love New years night count down on the balcony but not the 2AM people still banging on railings and hollering.

The water park, the cleanliness of the room, the kitchenette, dishwashing liquid provided. Water pressure was good. The tech support and staff were prompt and friendly. Location overlooking the ocean was fantastic

When I went to sleep and moved the comforter there was big spots of sex stains and pbic hairs/dirty sheets. The floors as I walked by the end of the evening it was black, they were not washed, cleaned
