Average

The unique building shape, free parking, and location. The valet, doormen, porters and housekeeping have been the best, very welcoming, informative and great people skills.

The upholstery was stained, things looked out dated but in ok condition. Front desk needs more customer service training; Boni was welcoming, attentive; Roko provided a helpful service after an issue regarding a request of a booking when checking in. Sadly I wont be choosing this hotel in hurry again.

Staff are cordial and very helpful

Thought you pay a premium for bed and breakfast, the capacity of facility for breakfast is much less. Hotel should consider the capacity before offering a service.
