The beach on the territory is not cleaned, the towels on the beach are already old, air conditioner is very loud

3-star old and worn down facility sold as a 5-star resort.
Good location, friendly staff. Excellent access to the beach.
2-3 star rooms at best. Aircon did not work at night. Rooms were small, old and moldy, loads of small ants. Balcony was pigeons nest with all extras. 80%+ patrons were from a certain slavic country and rather loud.

Not worth it
The property was old even after renovation, AC was leaking by my sons bed, he was up for toilet and got fall over, after we inform the reception, the staff did not make a instant apology. We had 3 nights in two bedroom villa, which feels no difference to normal rooms, compare to other hotels that we stay in Phuket, this one is the most disappointed one. Especially this hotel is the most expensive one.

The pool, ocean, the staff, ambience and the Xmas party that was open to all guests with free drinks and snacks.
The ocean front room on booking.com is misleading. We were given a partial ocean view room on 3rd floor. Felt duped!! Apparently many guests have complained before and nothing was done to change the picture. I booked the room only because it said ocean front and showed a misleading picture. Otherwise wont have paid that rate.
