    Great location and facilities around the hotel!
    Perfect location with nice places around the hotel, good value for money for sure!
    We had to complaint about cleaning couple of times but the staff fixes it after our second call to housekeeping department.

    The resort is so beautiful, green snd calm. Also it is very vast and you feel a lot of privacy there. It is not a packed place. The breakfast is exceptional! Very big variety of thai food, cold buffet, fresh eggs etc. Very very great breakfast. Also service is immaculate. Gils at reception are amazing! They can help you with anything you ask. Matina is a very professionsl and polite. Everyone is there is very very nice and helpful. We definitely want to come back. The ground floor rooms with patio facing the lake are the best!

    Staff unfortunately not really friendly which surprised us. Old hot
    Staff need training. Its a big hotel and staff not well trained. No customer satisfaction approach. One example breakfast finish 10:30 and if you to grab a coffee 10:35 they discount the machine and simple say its over. Thats far from 5 star approach. Hotel is also old need a renovation.

    We booked ocean view room, but we got a room overlooking the pool and trees blocking the view soo far from the ocean view. Staff didnt care at all. Staff is not friendly. In restaurants staff dont speak English well, not easy to communicate. Hotel is overpriced. For this amount of money you can get much better service and view

    Great Laguna Phuket - Poor value SAII hotel
    The location
    We select this hotel due to the location for the Laguna Phuket triathlon and it was perfect for this event. We have been with troubles with the thai staff which is curious because my friends are thai two nights same confusion with the staff who bring always wrong items. With this level of price to fight all morning to get the key card working even the machine at reception was not working to reset the keys. I will recommend to improve the service for one side and renovate the rooms urgently the bathroom door is impossible to close without making everyone to wake up due to the sound of the door on floor. For cleaning it should be nice to have good service in the bathroom specially when after 2 days we still have the same quantity of sand in the bathroom. I could not evaluate the dinner and lunch because due to the quality of the breakfast we prefer to find outside more options. I wish my review will help to improve the quality and let s see if we could in the future come back for this amazing race.

    Nice beach with plenty of beach bar/dining options outside hotel
    Rooms little dated now - also wish there was a nightly check on corridors to collect used room service plates - quite off-putting passing plates of leftovers at night, which are still there in morning!
