    Comfortable with superb location.
    The location of this property is fantastic, close to major sites and walkable. Breakfast was good quality but it was never served on time.
    Breakfast needs to be available as promised at 730AM. The food was not available by this time and twice I had to skip eating the full buffet because I had to leave. Fruit and cereal always seemed to be on time but not the hot dishes.

    Nice location, lovely staff but outdated and expensive.
    The location is perfect, the staff very nice, the hallway is well decorated.
    Its announced as a 4 stars hotel but its rather a low 3 stars. The bathroom is very basic : 1 sink and 1 shower, no other furniture, nothing to put your stuff on. The room is alright but needs a lot of refurbishing as its super outdated. Overall, we would have been pleased with this place if it was announced as a 3 stars hotel and a good 30% lower price.

    Location.
    Lack of cleanliness (torn bed linen, dirty bathroom, floors, unclean surfaces, mosquitoes and bugs in the room, broken locks, and doors that don't close). Common areas were not clean as well. Food area unclean with stained table cloths and cups. Reception staff were not helpful with information about the area. There were two nice guys who served us at the restaurant. It's a beautiful house with so much potential.

    Good quality heritage facilities and useful location for most places. Very friendly and helpful staff

    Charming hotel in a historic building.
    The historic ambience of the hotel stood out for me. The open dining area overlooking the pool and courtyard was beautiful. The rooms were very big.
    Service in the restaurant was not very attentive.

    Great family friendly stay
    Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped with all the bags and even offered bagged breakfast when we had to checkout early. Really wonderful stay. Looking forward to coming back!

    Needs a refurb.
    In a quiet location, pool was a good size. The room was big, with good storage and was clean. We were able to keep it nice and cool.
    The bed was very hard, the furniture was very old, there wasnt enough power points. The door was opened with a key and wasnt very sturdy it didnt feel very secure. It wasnt an expensive hotel, but I feel it should have been cheaper than what we paid.
