    The location was perfect for our night at the Playhouse. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and warm. Even though we were on the main road, when we closed the window if was pretty quiet.
    WiFi was very poor but I can live without that for a night. The bed was very comfy but the pillows were not at all comfortable, very hard.

    great location, room basic and was stuffy and bit stinky when we got there. But i opened the windows and the air in the room improoved. no issues after that. i liked the kitchen and dining room facilities.
    rooms are very basic. we didn't have a cupboard in the room only one rail with 4 hangers.

    The location was okay, a 15-20 minute walk from Waverley Station. Public transport was easy to access. Trams and bus stops were within walking distance, with easy access to the city centre and Old Town. The price was significantly lower compared to others.
    There are no basic room amenities. Not even a water boiler. The bathroom was clearly small; there was not many space to move in. There's an ad in the room promoting energy-saving, but we did not manage to find out how to adjust the heat from the tap water and shower. So it feels kind of ironic, though.

    Facilities were great, and clean in general. Staff were very helpful and location was very convenient (close to bus stop, shops and atractions).
    The bed sheets were clean but had a slightly musty smell. But didn't bother us much because we only stayed for a night.

    The staff were absolutely amazing. We had 4 young children with us for new years and everyone was polite and kind to 4 crazy humans having their own party. The kitchen area was well stocked and easily accessible. Our food was labeled and everyone was very respectful.

    Breakfast advertised with slice sausage , but was links instead and also advertised as having mushrooms and blackpudding but never came with it , when asked about it staff juat apologised with no explanation

    Haven't been to Edinburgh for a long time,family first twas a great suprise and highly recommend it.
    Staff were very helpful,answered all questions and we were able to leave our luggage in secure location and go sight seeing as we arrived early before check-in.Rooms were clean and beds made when we did get our rooms.Some hotels and accommodation weve stayed at didnt even have that for guests.
    Breakfast was a bust,dry cereal cold tea and no bread or fruit yet we paid nearly 9 each.Very disappointed as later we found a place that served a good breakfast for the same price.
