    A wonderful, comfortable stay, always to be cherished.
    Excellent location, good spread for breakfast, excellent rooms. What takes the experience to a totally higher level is the staff at the property. Their interaction makes you want to go there again. Honesty, attention to solving issues - just love the people here.
    A better choice (at reasonable expense) for guests who do not want to eat the buffet meals.

    Pleasant certainly not five star as they claim to be .
    The spread of the buffet was good . Bathrooms were spacious but there was mould on the bathroom floors shower screen which could have been cleaned better if they self rate this as five star. Property is dated and needs repainting in many areas.
    Staff could have been more accommodative. They didnt honour booking.com discount genius price and charged us 15 % extra on arrival and also for an extra bed which they didnt mention earlier .We have stayed in 3 five star hotels prior to this stay and this certainly wasnt five star service as they claim to be.

    Not great but not dull either ... a mediocre hotel.
    The spacious room, the indoor swimming pool and courteous as well helpful staffs at restaurant.
    The loc is in middle of a small town, no view to offer, reception cell reaction a bit lacking, a 4 star hotel at max but can't be termed as 5 star with a Mediocre Spa

    It was a pleasant trip . The Manager and staff were very helpful and warm.
    The breakfast was good. Especially the south indian ciusine.
    The approach road to the hotel is very steep.

    Overall, the customer service was excellent. Very courteous and hospitable staff.
    Breakfast was excellent and the dining location was great. Some of the staff went out of their way to ensure we were ok especially the Guest Relations Manager and some of the restaurant staff. Reception was also very helpful.
    The rooms needed some upgrading especially the bathroom ventilation. Otherwise they were comfortable.
