    The staff at the reception and cleaning lady were very friendly and made us feel at home. There was a hot shower, working hairdryer and the mall was a walkable distance

    The shower in room 202 does not work ,water doesn't even hit you, and the bad smoke smells in the toilet. Bed very uncomfortable, got up with body pains, description of room should state shower and bed in the same open space

    The toilet was not flushing ,the Tv we only heard sound couldnt see the screen ,there was no bar fridge in the room ,the gate couldnt sense my car and scratched it on the side mirror ,the bed was not comfortable it kept on separating on the middle .

    Neat and clean, friendly receptionists.
    No fridge in room, booked for 2 Adults, only 1 cup, kettle but no coffee, tea, etc. Phone in room did not work, couldn't contact reception. Ordered food from restaurant, took over 45 minutes and I had to go back down to fetch it.
