The look and layout of the room and bathrooms. The rain shower was really nice and hor comfortable the pillows were. Also the distance it was from the cobb symphony hall

Potential for a nice hotel stay, but management blew breakfast.
Clean, pleasant bedding and room. Well-located and parking available.
Breakfast was included, but one morning the hotel was understaffed. We couldnt get what we ordered and at first were told we couldnt get breakfast at all until we complained. Since this was part of the cost of our stay, we should have been reimbursed for this deficiency. This was poorly done by management. The staff did their best under difficult circumstances.

A Ballgame Adventure
The hotel was well appointed and very clean. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a lobby dining area with bar that was very nice. The menu was limited but impressive.
We were there for a ballgame and it was a further walk than anticipated. Parking is a bit of an inconvenience.

Always a Pleasure
Second time staying there and it was as good as the first time. Room well-appointed, exercise equipment and small workout area a plus, mini-fridge, safe, ironing board and hair dryer supplied. Multiple pillow options and bed and linens very comfortable. Remote parking deck worked well even though not attached to the hotel. Shower roomy and good water pressure and shower head attachment to go along the hand-held wand. Great lighted mirror.
Ice machine only on even floors, so a little inconvenient unless you were on an even floor. A little noisy from interior hallway, but not reflective of hotel more than guests not able to use an "inside voice" at times. Well insulated from most outside or street noises. Quieter in away-from-street side of hotel.
