Great stay for those with dogs!

The location.

The carpet is filthy throughout the hotel and in rooms. My first room had dingy, dirty sheets. The second room sheets were dingy. The bathroom was suffering from broom neglect. The bathroom toilet was not leveled so every time you sat it hit the wall. Stains covered the bathroom wall. I would never stay there again. There were hotels around with 4+ rating that were the same or similar cost.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

The sink and the tub would fill up with water. And having that dirt float around your feet is nasty. In addition, the plate in the microwave did not spin at all.

Train better your housekeeping staff; otherwise it would have been exceptional.

The property is great, clean and inviting. Receptionist was caring and super sweet.

The housekeeping ruined my stay. They knock on your door very early repeatedly and when you go out they are not there anymore for someone who came after driving for 6 hours across country is unacceptable. Please more consideration with your guests.

We enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone passing through the Atlanta area.

The room was large and the bed was comfy. The staff, especially Gigi, was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool and hot tub were clean. The breakfast was amazing! We had a wonderful stay!

Customer service was not good at all.

For the purpose of our trip it was a convenient location

Upon arrival no rooms were available. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but I requested early check in. Woman working told me I did not get there early enough and after checking i was told to have a seat and they would let me know when my room was ready. After 30 minutes i had to wait in a long line again to find out my room was ready. Customer service was not good at all.
