Disappointing

The availability of access to the mall and highway

There was leak in my room they didn't switch the room and there was also mold and extremely humidity and condensation on the windows to the point the water was leaking on the carpet. The rooms are outdated as well. The beds were loud and squeaky.

The fact our room was flooded due to a clogged sink and the pipe busted under sink. We were able to get a new room the next morning but someone was in the room. The nest room they gave us was across from a room with screaming kids that slammed the door all day and night up until 4 am. It was our 29th anniversary it was our 10th yr coming here and we were so disappointed in our stay.

It was an ok stay, not greatdue to cold shower and uncomfortable bed.

The hotel front desk attendant was excellent. He was accommodating and had great customer service. He really made the stay great.

The bed was horrible, it was not like other hotels it was hard and springy. The bathroom was beautiful but the shower was so disappointing considering how nice everything was, the water was never warmer took a total of 2 cold showers. On the morning of check out my husband washed up in the sink.
