The manager, Vikas, met us on arrival and explained the area and also the villa. He was very helpful with every single request, no matter the time of day or nature of request or enquiry. He could not have been more helpful at what was a very busy time in the week running up to Christmas. The staff were very pleasant and helpful also.
There was nothing we didn't like, though a lamp or reading light in the bedroom may be helpful. The villa was very central to Calangute and was in easy access of the beach and shops. Perhaps a map would be useful. The Wi-Fi did not work easily for some reason, but we connected through hotspots which were easy to access. We did not mention the Wi-Fi, as it worked on the TV but not on our phones. as this was a phone free holiday, it did not matter so much. Perhaps a stronger router/provider could be sought for those on business trips.

It was super clean and a beautiful villa with a private jacuzzi. Loved the experience of Staying at a villa than a regular hotel.The team was exceptionally courteous at handling all our queries. Breakfast options can be improvised maybe a traditional Goan breakfast as an. Option.

Very nice location and property. Only housekeeping needs serious personal attention.
Breakfast was below average. Staff had to be told to clear garbage and the dishes daily.
Housekeeping staff were very unprofessional. They were not eager to do daily housekeeping duties, kept asking for instructions. Bathroom WC had not been cleaned properly for long and had a thin transparent kind of layer floating inside.

Vikas was great, made everything he could to make my daughters and my stay amazing, very involved and very eager! Also the house boy was superb, we couldn't communicate much but he's a gem!
Apart from that, WiFi is good, all buildings are exceptionally well maintained and thus really enjoyable, pool also clean which makes one actually use it a little! Great place
Fee minor things that were corrected quickly, like missing coffee in the morning ;) guess it was down to season start
