I like the cook who cared me by serving good food with love and concern

No clear instructions regarding the payment, i booked in online while booking i requested for early check-in because I traveled from chennai and reached morning but they asked 500rs extra for early check in... Those details wr not mentioned there. So bad and too much trouble

Bad customer service...i paid two days in advance.. When I reached that night their receptionist said one room was only confirmed... Then I showed my Google pay screenshot and he won't allow it...finally i called the customer service then only they confirmed.. It's wasting my time... Also i fed up

Rooms are clean enough, They provided extra mattress at free of cost. its appreciated.

Toilets of the rooms are awkward. there is no laundry service Room TVs are just for name sake. 2, 3 channel are available.
