Good hotel yet location could be better
Rooms at ok size with comfortable bed and good WiFi.
Breakfast was good and all staff was super kind and available.
Overall good, relaxed and safe choice to spend some time in Calangute
The hotel does not have many facilities nearby so if you want to go somewhere you need a taxi.
The hotel also does not have taxis and push you to hire one at a taxi desk in front of the hotel street as its the only one at a walking distance. They charge insanely high prices and some of the drivers are rude. We even got an episode that we almost needed to call the police due to the young driver bad behaviour and risky driving deliberately.
Pool looks smaller that in the photos and the location may not be the best one as it dont catch that much sun

THE CHEF SREE!! She really helped in making my stay better.
Electric water heater was broken. So was the ironing board. Took a long time for the staff to replace the ironing board. The iron too was defective with deposits stuck to the plate. It spoiled two sorts of mine.
Shower gels and shampoo werent filled up. Had to put in lot of effort to squeeze out the last amount

Overpriced ordinary hotel

Were not informed that check in time is 0300 pm. Since , we reserved through Booking.com, we were given worst room, although many rooms in the same category were vacant( our room had no balcony, other rooms in the category had balcony and sitting arrangements). Amenities and facilities are minimal as compared to other hotels and resorts in same price. I had shifted from resort in Manderem to this hotel to spend a day near town and night market, but this hotell doesnt serve much, neigther near beach nor near city centre. You dont find single shop for about 800 meters.
Overall very casual experience at overprice.

Really nice experience overall and very enjoyable, a great refreshing change.
The hospitality was really good, the food was great, rooms were really nice. Swimming facility was great.
No information about the activities within the hotel for example GYM facility, terrace, movie night related information .
