    This Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Albany East Greenbush provided a clean and comfortable stay for a family of four. The room was quiet with comfortable beds and a great shower. The front des (Read More)k staff were nice and the breakfast exceeded expectations for this level of hotel. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Empire State Trail for morning runs, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, including Denny's and Cracker Barrel.

    I travel to Albany at least twice a month - finding a clean /comfortable/affordable hotel in this area has been a struggle- some hotels in the Albany area are absolute trash- a lot of them are dumpy & have not been updated in years -are filthy & have the nerve to be expensive- I was very impressed w The Fairfield Inn - the price was great- it was very clean & updated -staff was kind-I will definitely stay here again
    Honestly-my entire stay was pleasant I had to leave early so unfortunately I missed the breakfast - Hope to experience breakfast on my next trip

    Will never come back to this hotel again.
    I paid the full amount when I booked online (partly with points and partly with cash). When I checked in at the hotel front desk, I also informed the front desk that I had already paid. The front desk said that they knew there would be no deductions and I swiped my credit card. Just take a deposit. However, accommodation fees were deducted around the third day after departure. That means I paid twice for one night's stay. After feedback to BOOKING, the hotel was still unwilling to refund the repeated deductions. Finally, BOOKING refunded the points and money, but the points expired soon. As a result, I actually overpaid.

    Fit the bill. Clean and comfortable.
    Breakfast was good. Needed to a bit hotter.
    Signage was behind a lot of trees. It was hard to locate the hotel at night. Driveway in was confusing to us and our onboard navigation.

    They have a really good breakfast, and the staff is great. It feels very safe and it is close to everything.
    The only downside side at all was the room smelled a little musty. It was raining the entire time I was there, so it was just pretty wet outside and humid. I would recommend this hotel.
