The room floors where slippy and the hallway had an really bad order to it.I ask for a room with a view and I did not receive a room with a view, it was noisy from the street my stay was not comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again when we are in Dallas next.

Excellent staff and very helpful. Manager dropped us off at the Tram without asking.

I loved the size of the room for one, of #532. I loved that it came with a streaming app!

I didn't like having to leave the comfort of my room to use a microwave and that it was only 1 for a hotel of that size.

I went to go run an errand and left the property for about 1 1/2 hours early early on the 25th like 7 am check out isnt until 12. I get back and my door is wide open.. mind you its Saturday morning the day after Black Friday shopping. Im from out of state.. I have $$$$$$$ worth of gifts in my room. And I run the corner to my door wide open!!! I call the front desk and they said oh housekeeping must have done that . We are sorry Ileft a message for the mngr to call me and I NEVER GOT A CALLBACK!! No apology!! No offer to do anything! Very rude! Very disrespectful! Very disappointed!! I stood in the lobby for a few and decided I would throw my key in the bucket and see if anyone would call and still to this day NOTHING ..

Breakfast was good.

I didnt like that you can hear walking above you and next to you. The walls were thin and we could hear peoples conversations and arguments. This was a major downfall for this hotel.I expected more for the price that I paid.

It was okay.

The furniture was modern and nice.

The entrance of the hotel was confusing. we circled around as we didnt know exactly where it was and we thought there was self parking available and valet an add on option but there is no choice but to use valet. Theres a garage on site but not owned by the hotel. Breakfast ends a bit too early at 9am, I thought it would be 10am like other Marriott hotels. We can tell the hotel was a previous garage . The top ceiling was not done.
