    The friendliness of the staff and the comfortable bed, also the size of the room.
    The room I stayed in was one I stayed in before it has been over two months I reported a specific problem with the room and the problem still existed.

    People at the reception could be more friendly. Breakfast could be more generous.

    Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.
    Several lights in our room didn't work, the entry light, light on the coffee bar and originally the vanity light...but it worked the next morning.

    My stay felt like I booked at a Red Roof Inn.
    I checked into the hotel really late. They assigned a room that did not accommodate my needs and told me they had no other option. I was still charged the same price to book even though I didn't get what I requested. The room was smelly. The beds were poorly made and didn't have mattress covers.
