It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life
Hotel Fairmont Copley Plaza I'm going to report them to BBO I've never been so mistreated in my entire life I paid for everything and I wasn't entitled to anything, not even breakfast and I'm suffering racism here
I paid for a breakfast that I have no right to guys I want my money back I will give you feedback on all the sites the rooms are old and dirty not to mention the sheets reek of cum and yesterday

Wallpaper was falling off the wall behind the TV and in the bathroom.
Toilet was dusty!
Area is loud at night sirens
NO HOT WATER in the sink
NO AC in the winter the room was above 72 degrees and we put it down to 65, but it couldnt get cooler without opening the windows

Great location obsolete rooms.
The bathroom was not appointed well. There was no fan. The sink did not drain. Too small a space for toiletries in bathroom. The mirror needed to be replaced.

Very old needs an urgent renovation, rooms are damaged and old, everything is chipped and broken. Also the room had a lot of bugs everywhere.
