Booked a fireplace room, but was told on last day that fireplace is out of order. Should have been told at checkin, especially if its sold as a fireplace room. Manager organized a technician to fix the issue quickly though.

Excellent overall and not expensive for what it offers. Very exclusive / discreet hotel, it does not shout at you like some of the fancy chains. Excellent gymf, in front of the park.
Stayed in a suite. Excellent size. Shower in the toilet seat (not usual in US standards - excellent option). Only thing negative was the view (into the hotel - not to the park).

Excellent location, very cosy and elegant rooms
Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and parks. Lovely room including coffee machine. It felt very comfortable!
Staff at the reception is not friendly, breakfast at the top roof restaurant was a bit busy and uncomfortable for hotel guests after 11 am
