Our stay was so tranquil and nurturing that we we are planning to return soon.
The Addison restaurant is superb. We also enjoyed High Tea. The pianist was so talented. Both dining experiences were exceptional.
The grounds are spectacular with beautiful flowers.

We have spent 9 days at the fairmont and the overall quality of the different services were good. Only thing is that the Amaya restaurant did not meet our expectations at all. The quality of the food was dispecable. It a shame that this type of quality is being served at the fairmont grand del Mar and therefore it would be the only reason why we would not come back.

The pools, archery, & property grounds are really nice & well maintained.
Old school feeling & hallway very dark. I thought the ice cream / food was over priced.
