We had a great stay at the Pendry and will recommend to family and friends.
Excellent location with eating and entertainment within walking distance.
Staff was extremely friendly and focused on ensuring guests received 5Star service.
One of the days our room was not cleaned however it was during the New Years Eve therefore assumed limited staff on site.

Great hotel in a prime location with exceptional amenities. Highly recommend!
Easy check-in, comfortable bed/room, plenty of great food options, one of the better hotel gyms I have used, and a friendly staff.
No fault of the hotel but the amount of homeless/drug addicts in the area is concerning if you have kids or a family.

Stay was OK, but would not go back.
Location, condition.
Location when dealing with the block party and noise. Very expensive and super high taxes! $40+ a night..

The pool area is amazing. Rooms are clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
They stopped serving complimentary coffee at 9am. I like to sleep late so I missed it every morning unfortunately

Roman was so wonderful at check in to ensure we had everything we needed. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Room was gorgeous great location in the heart of everything. Staff treated us.as people they were interested in. Hot tub at the pool was a nice discovety. Energetic vibe.
I wasnt able to get a full receipt at check out because the room was prepaid through a 3rd party vendor. Because of this I couldn't get reimbursed for my business trip. Parking was very expensive, but valet were wonderful and very friendly.

Overall a nice hotel but I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel. We left feeling a bit disappointed.
The staff and concierge at the front desk when we checked in were very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable and clean bed/bedding - had a great sleep each night. The bathroom and shower area were also very clean.
We ate at the Pool House twice and really enjoyed everything we ordered.
The lounge chair in the room could have been cleaner - there were hairs from previous travellers on it and the fabric was worn out.
Would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
The toilet paper could have been much better - it was quite rough/thin.
