Nice hotel in Scottsdale
The property is gorgeous and the amenities are very nice. We were there over their Christmas at the Princess and the light show was the best I have ever seen.
When we arrived our complimentary water cartons were empty. We had to call twice to get them replaced. The spa didnt offer day passes to use their amenities so my husband wasnt able to meet me there after his round of golf. If you want to use the spa you have to make an apt for one of their expensive services.

Our room was disappointing. Heating system not working. If we didnt call for maid service room was left as is. Elevator outside near our room out of order 3 of 4 days of our stay

It was a nice getaway from winter in Seattle but too expensive for what you get.
The pools are lots of fun for adults and kids. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are amazing.
Food is very very expensive and very average. Since the location is far from other amenities you have no alternative.

Beautiful resort with lots of on site amenities! Friendly staff & great atmosphere we definitely enjoyed our stay!
Construction taking place prevented us from parking near to our room. Construction noises were bothersome at times , but we understood. Overall, we had a fabulous time at the resort!

I was the perfect Mother Daughter getaway, we dined on property all 3 days and loved the Spa.
The staff. the Steak house. the spa. the dogs in the lobby. the fireworks
the filthy large pool with the sand. it was even dirty the next morning where my water aerobics class was supposed to be!
