    Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great - just behind the Dutch Hospital and easy to walk to Galle Face from without paying Galle Face-facing prices. Theres a very good coffee shop on the ground floor and the pub next to the coffee shop is pretty good too. Room is very clean and modernI really cant believe how good it is for the money weve paid.
    The breakfast buffet isnt that great for what you pay. Id skip it and eat somewhere else, though there arent very many early morning non-Western options in the immediate area.

    The hotel has no facilities. They don't even provide basic stuff like extra blankets, etc. Breakfast is horrible, most of the time food is unavailable and you have to wait for 20mins for the food to arrive. Front office staff is rude and not helpful.

    Great stay. Basic but good value and the teams hospitality was top notch
    The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Bernard and his team could not do enough to help us. Bernard arranged many things for us which would have been difficult for us to do as tourists. Marcus was particularly pleasant and chatty , such a nice team of people.
    Air con units were located on our balcony so was quite noisy .

    The suite was spacious and modern, very clean. Centrally located.
    There was a lot of noise due to new years celebrations and the noise was not insulated. Would suggest bringing ear plugs!
