    The sink was plugged. Door stuck open because it rubbed on carpet below. Needs to be shaved a bit more on the bottom of the door.

    Ok. Dont stay near laundry room
    Good location. Room itself was OK
    The room I had was not far off the lobby area. Unfortunately at the time I was there someone was smoking pot - it was strong so likely in laundry area There needs to be a limit on laundry times. There was someone washing clothes until 3:30 in the morning. The washer must not have been loaded in a balanced way as you could hear it banging and rocking the whole time.

    Comfortable, warm and welcoming!
    Staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping. Our room was clean and comfortable and the website doesnt mention the free breakfast in the morning but they offer one.
