10/10- would definitely stay again!

This place was gorgeous! Located in a very pretty and quiet area. The building, the room, and the outside were stunning. The staff were more than accomodating, and extremely friendly. I felt very welcome and at home staying here. There were great meal options available and it was very reasonably priced. The food was delicious too. I would definitely stay here again, and will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Nice venue, shame some staff let others down.

The food was nice in the morning and the building is lovely. The reception staff were quick and efficient. I was struggling carrying my case up the stairs and a nice member of staff offered to help.

The staff at breakfast was rude. (We'd come for my friend's wedding). When I asked if there was anymore coffee as it had ran out - she didn't say a word and grabbed the coffee container and stormed off with it, before returning and rather abruptly plonking it back down. No smile, no conversation - found it rather rude and gave the impression she'd rather be anywhere else but there. I get people may have other things going on in their personal life, but that's not what you expect at a wedding venue to be honest. Also, having to lug suitcases upstairs with a bad back, as there is no lift wasn't the best - but I know you can't have it all.

Brilliant!

We had our family wedding at Ferraris in November 2022. It was brilliant. One of the loveliest wedding receptions ever! It was a perfect location; so when my mum died, we decided that we would like Ferrari's to take care of the family again, at our family funeral wake. The food was outstanding. All the family felt at peace here. Brilliant location. Lovely family hotel. We have stayed here twice now and love the place. It is in a quiet, country location. The steak and ale pie was delicious. The best pie ever! The breakfast was delicious too. Couldn't fault anything. We will defintely return. Thank you!

Exceptional

A fantastic family hotel, well worth coming off the motorway for. They do fantastic value evening meals too. The location is quiet and picturesque. A perfect half way for us to the Highlands. I have stayed twice now and will be going back again in the new year. Fantastic value for money.

It would be good to see a bit more Gluten free choices.
