    Warm cozy , perfect location friendly ,got everything you need,home from home Kettle, fridge, toiletries which were superb, fluffy towels , slippers, dressing gowns, hairdryer comfy beds n pillows ,even a hot water bottle, super tea tray fresh milk , continental breakfast which you help yourself to in your room lovely fresh fruit ,,fruit salad ,water orange n apple juice, chocolate n crisps ,tea coffee biscuits hotchocolate in your room , iron ironingboard on the landing,even beach towels are provided ,but alas not much need for them on a new yr break biard games walking sticks, Umbrellas also ,even do you a bit of laundry if needed it's a wow definitely be back

    A little gem of a guest house right in the heart of Filey. Rooms are beautiful with lots of little extra touches. Complimentary breakfast was perfect. We'll definitely be back.

    The breakfast selection was great. The house was decorated for Christmas and looked lovely.
    It would have been nice to have some porridge pots without flavour, but that's just personal preference.

    A nice guest house which makes your stay memorable.
    Just the convienience of picking up your breakfast and eat at your leisure in your room , the room was also very comfortable and the decor was beautiful
