Great hotel, but some services are to be improved.
Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is exceptional - it caters for every taste, I have even seen keto deserts.
Comfy beds, nice personnel.
The mall next to the hotel is only partially open, but SM Seaside is 5 min by taxi.
I have sent couple of messages via booking.com app asking for an airport transfer (they offered info about transfers after booking). I have sent first ine 4 days before arriving, another one on arrival day. They never answered, which is very unprofessional.

The place is amazing. Our very first time to stay while visiting family. The breakfast was spectacular and 5 star rating for sure.
They need to be better in adding receptionists to assist the tourist. We been passed from one to the other and some receptionists just look at you and not helping.And our room in 2309 was not cooler at all. I called 2 times and finally they send someone to fixed it. But it stayed at 21 degrees Celsius the whole time. Overall it was a great stay but needs more improvement especially if we pay big money.

the buffet dinner and breakfast was worth the money
check in took 32 minutes while I was alone at reception , finally they assigned me a room that was occupied already so had, to go down and start over again . The room as all the hotel had a chemical paint smell that made me sick, even though brand new I had no hot water in my shower and even I mentioned it 2 times, I still had no hot water when I check out
Staff is super friendly al all over in Phil, but lacks experience
Not worth the money we paid , same comments from all people that traveled together with me

Communication lines between the hotel and booking .com should be improved a lot.
The concierge was totally helpful. It provided all our needs and very accommodating.
Booking was not that good because hotel failed to confirm immediately after booking .com confirmed my stay. They kept on saying that my booking is not on the system since booking.com did not pay the booking with Fili Hotel. This caused so much stress. Only 2 reception counters were open at time of arrival and there were so many Chinese Nationals arriving. We were at the reception for almost an hour.

The hotel is newly built indeed it is not yet finished and this is reflect in my assessment, as an unfinished hotel I thought it was over priced, breakfast was excellent
It's not finished, to et to the restaurants with a 15 year old was challenging and a fair walk as the restaurants are accessed via Nustar casino which 15 year olds are not permitted to walk through. Thus it was not easy and twice we got turned back to find a different route
Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus, Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays, Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines.
