    Amazing stay!
    Beautiful decor and staff are all very friendly.
    The pool area could do with some TLC. Just looks a bit tired compared to the rest of the hotel

    Nice massage and staff. Rest of the stay was average/needed improvement.
    Loved the staff all very kind and friendly.
    Steam room wasnt working, whole spa area was smalller than expected, my pillow was lumpy and so barely slept along either the fact our room door would blow in the wind. Had to sleep with window open as the room was so hot which then caused the door to shudder in the breeze. Also requested no fish for our afternoon tea however we received fish. My partner ate them instead of me as we didnt want to cause a fuss.

    Location, and the spa was fantastic. Hot stone massage exceptional. Nice toiletries in room. Staff were really brilliant and looked happy in their jobs. Nice to see smiles.
    Lighting in room not very good. applying makeup a bit difficult.

    Everything was perfect, great spa and treatments, very clean. Bar is amazing to sit and look out across Fistral beach. Staff very attentive and rooms very clean and comfortable. Nothing that I didn't like

    We love this property for the comfort and all the facilities it is such a lovely hotel. Outstanding!

    Would definitely come again, but would make sure I book room with a view. However, it is a testament to all other facili
    Very clean, good location, friendly staff and nice bar.
    We did not get the great view of Fistral Beach. In fact bedroom view was awful.

    Our room with the sea view was amazing. And would deffinately stay again and will be recommend to friends and family. Breakfast was lovely, again with a sea view, we couldn't complain about anything.
