The lack of communication when sending a message. I rang number quite a few times too and no answer, but otherwise face to face when there, the staff were amazing.

On line information is confusing.
Overall the room was nice. I appreciated getting a ride to my building with carrying a large suitcase. The room with bathroom was nice.
When I checked in I informed the manager on duty that I had a new credit card and gave it to him to change my account to use the new card which he did. But I had made plans to return there later in week for two more nights only to be told I had not addressed a message to update the credit card (which I did on Nov 19) My room was cancelled and I did not have a room. That was extremely frustrating and upsetting.
The alarm went off and we could not get it off. It took an hour to get the alarm to go off.

A pleasant and comfortable stay, and fairly convenient to the function we were attending
Modern facilities, clean and well-maintained. Very quiet.
The room had good, natural light.
Didn't appreciate being woken in the early hours of the morning by some guests who couldn't get in the main door.
Didn't enjoy being in the flight path, with planes passing overhead every few minutes.
The light wasn't working in the walk-in wardrobe, so it was a bit dark in there.

Great location for an overnight stop but bring ear plugs.
The accommodation was beautiful; lovely room, spotlessly clean and great facilities in the large shared kitchen downstairs. Check in was easy and Lyle made us welcome, even volunteering suggestions for activities on the next leg of our journey. Thank you.
Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the inconsiderate people in the next room. They returned from a night out at midnight, which wouldnt have been an issue if they hadnt decided to have a spa bath. Their bathroom was next to our bed and the noise was horrendous!! After pointing this out to them, they apologised but then they all decided to have a shower instead. I realise the management cant police this but the walls are paper thin. Also think its on the flight path from the airport. If youre a light sleeper, be warned.
