    Highly recommended hotel with a great location near the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is fantastic. The room is clean, comfortable, and has nice amenities. The bre (Read More)akfast is good with friendly staff. Some rooms have a strange setup with a glass shower in the living room. The hotel has a gym and sauna. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent service.

    Nice, safe, clean and convenient to public transportation
    The room is conveniently located within a short walk to the Munich Hauptbahnhof. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, with free WiFi. The hotel's restaurant is nice and reasonably priced.
    The downside to the room was the odd placement of the shower next to the bed, surrounded by clear glass. If you are sharing a room with a colleague or family member and would like more privacy, you may want to consider separate rooms.

    Very close to the train station and food options. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in their restaurant was good.
    There was noise every now and then (regularly) like someone dropping heavy objects in the room above or pipes/wood being hit etc. even during the night. The room was quiet otherwise so I don't think it was coming from outside. This happened throughout the week we were there. One night it sounded like knocking at my door and kept me awake. The hairdryer and taps seemed a bit old/outdated.

    Excelent location, if you plan to travel a lot. Next to central railway. Breakfast, you ll get more than enough in a variety you wish. Very supportive personnel with much attention to detail. Wish to mention a name here Onyi, at front office. Very helpful. Youll enjoy the service at the restorant. Merry Christmas, have a joyful trip and time

    Upgrade to an excellent and silent room. The room was fantastic.
    The sauna was supposed to work as from 5 pm, I went there at 6 pm and it was not on, and it took me some time to find someone who could turn it on. The two showers in the wellness area didnt work properly, you could not change the temperature of the water, which was far too hot. Also, in the gym, many dumpbells seemed to be missing.

    Overall good stay, but definitely needs some improvement.
    Location and room was nice.
    No staff when we arrived and had trouble with check-in. No heat. Instead a hot water bottle was provided.yet no kettlejust a Nespresso machine. And impossible to fill the hot water bottle at the sink! Luckily it was really not that cold. Also I was provided with tea bags, yet again no kettle.how was I supposed to make tea?!?!

    Great room but shower is open for all to see!
    The room was a great size, clean and beds very comfortable. Shower was fabulous and huge but see thru. Easy walk to the shopping areas and Christmas markets.
    The shower was glass, and there was no divide for the bathroom for privacy. It was in full view for everyone. Fine if a couple, but definitely not when you are with your teenage daughter. Breakfast was good, minimal but nice. Staff I found lacking in attention and not so pleasant or friendly. Check-in staff were amazing and very friendly.
