    This were absolutely the comfiest bed of my trip so far and it was massive. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
    The only negative thing was that my room was a little noisy, I should have invested in ear plugs.

    Amazing staff. Head manager so nice and helpful. On our last night, after we had checked out, our 15yo daughter had her new iPhone stolen from her bag at Hanoi Night markets. We went back to the hotel for help after finding the closest police station was closed. The night manager (Jayce) and the other staff member (Trung) were absolutely amazing. Trung took us on his motorcycle multiple times to the police station to make a report and stayed to help me. Jayce kindly helped write the report in Vietnamese for me. We had to leave that night for the airport and wouldnt have been able to do it without their help. They really didnt have to do it since we had already checked out. Fantastic location in heart of old town. Two interconnecting bedrooms perfect for families. Clean decent sized rooms. Good breakfast.

    An excellent short stay.
    The locality was perfect for walking to the Lake (Hoan Kiem) and the Old Quarter. Our room was basic but, for the money, exceptional value. The breakfast was good and had something for everyone. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
