    The bed was very comfortable Breakfast was very good ( My wife loved the mushrooms and the hot chocolate)
    The room was very cold ( radiator could be bigger) The bathroom was very small and extremely cold but on the plus side the shower was hot and powerful

    Good clean accommodation and friendly staff but a lot smaller room and bathroom than expected.
    Allocated parking. Convenient for what we wanted to see and within walking distance of Portsmouth . Gastro pub was across the street and food was good and staff welcoming.
    The bathroom was really small and the room was also smaller than we expected. Going out the building and along the street to the next building to get to the reception was a little unusual .

    Never expected it to feel so lovely
    The decor, quirky, very comfortable, with pub andrestaurant for breakfast and rooms being in a seperate part it made it feel like a small community along the road. Unusual but it worked

    Great place, great staff, you can't go wrong if you want some time away.
    Room size, the staff and hotel in general. Excellent value for money. It's so good, we will go back next year.
    There was nothing that we didn't like.

    Everything- lovely room, fantastic professional staff and lovely breakfast
    There was a dog in the eating area at breakfast - I dont mind dogs but this wasnt appropriate
