SAVE YOUR MONEY & PLS READ, DON'T GO

We got a room which had no view inspite of booking a deluxe cottage. They room was unclean, had filthy bedsheets, pillows had fungus. The bathroom had a disgusting smell and had no amenities. Upon speaking to the reception, we were told all the 'good view rooms' were sold out and that we should have checked in early. They did show us rooms which were merely constructed but again had a pathetic view. Also to mention that since the owner of the hotel is Muslim, their prayer is played on the loudspeaker for 2 every evening which is annoying as we literally chose this property for relaxation. The room service was below average as they did not have most of the items on the menu and the service was late by almost 50 minutes. On the day of checkout we did not get hot water but at this point we were so frustrated that we preferred checking out. We paid a premium price as it was a weekend but honestly the rooms are just not worth 5600!!! They should put a price of 2500 to justify the fuckall service given to us.
