    Location was good. Rooms were comfortable. Reception staff was cooperative.
    Mediocre service in restaurant. Delays & wrong orders - probably because either staff did not understand what was required or simply forgot about it. Don't opt for room with balcony - no use, as you can't open door or sit out because of monkeys in & around the property.

    Relaxing and pleasant stay
    Great location, right on the Mall road entrance. Good food and breakfast options. Beautiful valley view from open terrace, especially during sunset. We also enjoyed the kids activity area. The property have free on-premise parking.
    Washroom could have been bigger in size for a 4-star ITC hotel.

    Proximity to mall Road, delicious food, happy staff, recently renovated
    The water heater capacity to be increased as the hot water may become an issue if family wants to shower in immediate turns. Noticed during my stay some other guest screamed at reception for the same issue. probably hotel may think of central water heater . Also please resume the bornfire in winters . We walked to another hotel Welcome ITC to experience the bornfire in chilly winter evening.

    Location and hotel staff. Even at late night, when we requested for Baby milk, the hotel staff provided it without delay .
    In the name of ITC group we paid a lot. But the hotel was not as per ITC standards.
