    At this price you expect better service. Pay a little more for better accommodation in the vicinity.
    The breakfast selection was good and this is the only reason for a passable score. The staff who provided room service was good though as well as the staff in the food serving area.
    Though it was a short stay, the experience was not good as we had to change room... twice. The AC was not functioning on a cold day. You need to wait for the cars to enter the Mall Road and pay a charge for entry. Also, additional charges for your driver but without any bill.

    The service was awesome. The hotel even sent a van to pick us up from the place until our taxi could reach per law. Check-in was great and the early morning check-out was also very smooth. The hotel even packed breakfast for us because we checked out very early in the morning.

    Great staff and food, but the rooms aren't worth the price.
    The hotel is located at the mall road and is accessible from the other end of Mall road. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. I'd like to sincerely thank Mr. Anurag for helping us reach the property, after our taxi driver incorrectly dropped us off!
    The room was on the ground floor and had a parking lot view. The parking lot was loaded with cars further spoling the view. We kept our curtains closed throughout the stay. The furniture in the room was visibly worn out, and I guess calling it Premium room isn't accurate.

    A lovely hotel with great service in a central location in the pretty hill town of Mussoorie.
    Excellent service, very central location. Wonderful views from restaurant terrace. Great food.
    Hotels in India could always be cleaner, however I have few complaints. The main problem was the monkeys, who patrolled the restaurant balcony like the mafia, intimidating diners and taking what they pleased (including phones and bags) from the tables. Mussoorie is lovely but the cars and motorbikes need to be diverted away from the main shopping/walking thoroughfare. The honking horns of motorbikes as they push through the crowd of walkers creates pollution and stress.
