    The Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport exceeded expectations with clean and spacious rooms. The staff provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. (Read More)Despite a large bikers club staying at the hotel, the staff remained hospitable and addressed any issues promptly. The breakfast was delicious and served in a private room for convenience. Minor issues with rooms were resolved quickly. The hotel had good amenities including a microwave and refrigerator in each room. The staff was accommodating and granted specific room requests. The hotel had a cool outdoor pool and was conveniently located near Ruby Tuesday and Dunkin. Overall, the hotel had a friendly staff, clean rooms, and good amenities.

    The room was comfortable and the staff members were so polite. We enjoyed our visit.
    The beds were a bit soft and the pillows had no support. The covers were not enough for two adults.

    There was a bar, but it was closed on Monday night at 10. People usually go to the bar in the evening. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer was a block of ice and refrigerator was not that cold

    Great and comfortable facilities. Only negative experience was when the housekeeping threw away a chocolate chip cookie we had left on a table.

    Do not visit if you have color or melanin in your skin.
    Very clean and very nice location
    The staff is very prejudice. I spoke with one man I believe he was the manager and he was not polite in any way and instead was rude. A Caucasian couple came after me and he spoke to them completely different with much more respect despite me being nothing but polite to him and his staff.
