Dated, no water for a night, wont go back
Not much. Reception staff were nice
Not water in the hotel room. Couldnt have shower, wash hands or even use the toilet. Absolutely shocking for any hotel, let alone a Four Seasons

Pleasant Surprise, definitely my first choice for the next visit
Hospitality, they provided everything I need, my green juice. The room was a lot more pleasant compared to what I saw in the pictures. I hesitated to book the hotel as many negative reviews on the noise. My guide put me on the 7th floor. No issue with noise.

A fantastic property at the heart of Egypt
The property is beautifully decorated, well furnished, and kept very well maintained. The Superior Room was much larger than I expected. Housekeeping and Room Service had some of the promptest and friendliest service Ive ever experienced at a chain hotel. I would like to especially thank the assistant manager, Nuha, for ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible and that everything I wanted was taken care of.

worth the stay
last night after a long trip and opted for a comfortable spot to sleep and rest, did not disskpiont, this was my second stay at this spot and it was as expected and what it needed to be
no complaints, it is on the higher end for Cairo but if you are over the hustle and bustle and need a mini escape int eh city this is the spot for sure
