Every staff was so kind and helpful.
The view from the terrace was amazing, and the restaurants were nice, too!

Very nice property.. Massive.. the longest pool i have ever seen in any hotel.. rooms are good.. Great view..
They didn't have chef's you could cater to indian guests like us. staff are very robotic..

Be careful they charge you twice and extra money
The housekeeping nice and clean the room very well
The front desk and the manager stole my money.
So during the check in the staff Marina Ehab charged my card by mistake extra amount of money , I told her lets discuss how can we use this money, however, she insisted to make void payment and re-charge my card again. I told her this wont work but she didnt even wait for me. She voided the payment and recharged my card. And later on they took back the amount that she claimed they voided it. I left the hotel one week ago and still didnt get my money back. They charge my stay twice and never return the money again! I keep contacting them and they keep saying we are contacting the bank to refund the money back to you, but still I didnt receive anything! Still an extra 1221 dollar is being stole from me by this hotel. I will never stay there again! Last time and this is a shame for a ritz Carlton chain.
