We stayed in a premium apartment on the 18th floor, which was very spacious and had amazing views. The balcony, too, was quite large. The housekeeping was excellent. The bed was super comfy.
The lifts were rather slow, not helped by one being permanently out of order. The work surface and kitchen cupboards were extraordinarily high, which made it difficult for me to reach things as I am only 5 ft tall. But these are just minor points and wouldn't stop us staying there again.

Overall the stay was fair but it could have been better without the above highlighted hiccups.
Great views and also central to most of the places I wanted to visit. Parking was onsite, easily available and secure.
I was allocated Premium suite hence I have paid for Executive suite. I was moved after I have complained. I asked for the reasons and I am still waiting for the explanation. I was told that I will receive the explanation within 48 hours.

Disappointing.
Spa was broken. No pump & absolutely freezing. No sign to notify customers.
Delivery fee & public holiday surcharge was outrageous. Cost $30 for 4 aranchini balls.
Hall ways leading up to room was filthy. Looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks.
Room next door to us was so loud with their children from 5am.
Very disappointing stay.

Rude staff, bad room as wasnt match what I purchased to see river view but you could only see the small piece from the corner. Asked to change said it was the highest floor as 4th floor for this type of room, and asked to upgrade said the hotel is full and all are obviously lying

The room was a bit dirty on arrival.
Also I injured myself by tripping on a section of carpet that was not stuck down and was a hazard. I hit my head in the wall and was ill with a headache all night.
There was a slice of carpet cut out of the large area carpet and a rectangle piece of carpet just put down in its place but not stuck down so it tripped me up. I was told by the manager that booking.com needed to refund me. So um waiting for them to give you the information requested so I can get my refund. I would not recommend them at all

Thief in the building
Comfortable bed and great river view from Level 19
Unfortunately there is a thief in the building (potentially staff member) as my Apple Watch got stolen from our room while we were out swimming / went out for dinner. The hotel denied that anyone entered our room as they checked the security cameras but my watch is still missing and I know I left it in the room and me and my partner looked everywhere. Anyways, I recommend to lock all of your personal belongings away or take them with you while you are out. This has never happened to me and I stayed places such as Bali/Thailand/Hawaii and various countries in Europe.

Location is fine
Cleaning is unexpectedly very poor, unlike other Frasers Suites. We stayed for 4 nights in 4 apartment units. The first 2 nights they do 'light cleaning' , which in fact what they did were 'very very light cleaning' for all the rooms, a.k.a only taking out the trash in the livingroom and putting a pair of towels in the sofa. Even the bin in the bathroom was left untouched for 3 days.
No concierge service and we had to take all the luggages by ourselves using their hotel trolley during check in AND check out.
