    Lovely, thanks for providing a hostel space in Chicago for us wanderers.
    I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Only here for the night and flying out in the AM but its nice. Comfy duvet, beautiful and trendy cafe/bar area down stairs is classy and smells of beautiful incense. Old time elevator with mail shoots.
    My only complaint is I wish the hostel bunks had better privacy curtains, there are curtains and they are pretty but.

    Best prices, in town Housekeeping department hats off for the cleaness
    Quite very clean hot water was on point. The front check Matthew was great very inviting he also took the time to explain the history of the hotel and the beautiful art work out back Thank you Matthew keep up the great work.

    The staff attitude and readiness to help and simplify the stay its amazing
    this is my 3rd time staying at the property and so far Ive been very pleased all the way around

    The location is perfect if you are going to get to know Chicago, it is relatively close to all the attractions, shops, restaurants, etc., and public transportation is very accessible with the location.
    It was not the best treatment when I arrived, I struggled a little with the reservation and I did not receive support from the receptionist. People come in that make the lobby look bad, a roomie was offered drugs in the lobby.
