    The best!
    It was the absolute best hotel experience I've had. Everything was fantastic. The staff were amazing. I could honestly live at this place if I was rich. The room was impeccably clean and tasteful. I can't wait to visit again.
    I honestly can't think of one bad thing the entire three night stay.

    Fantastic location - noisy aircon though
    Fantastic river north location - easy walking to most of the loop. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size, and the staff were friendly - even if some were a little cold at times. The bar staff were fantastic and we were disappointed not to have had time to eat there.
    The air conditioning sounded like a small jet engine when it would start up - certainly disrupted sleep. I understand Chicago is dealing with some challenges, but the sheer quantity of visible security guards in the foyer and reception desk actually made me feel less, rather than more, safe. I felt incredibly safe on the streets in Chicago - so this was a sometimes jarring sight when returning.

    I didnt like that on New Years Eve my husband and I were each required to have a room key on us, something that wasnt made apparent before hand. Although a slight inconvenience, it was a very nice stay.

    It was fine. Not the best experience but location in the city is nice.
    Location.
    The air conditioning was extremely loud in the room which made for a difficult nights sleep. It would make noises and clicks turning on and off.

    Its a beautiful place with nice hard wood floors and comfortable bed and pillows. If youre looking for that then this
    The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The view was beautiful.
    The tvs were out dated especially if youre spending that amount of money you expect to at least have smart tvs. The room was smaller for a junior suite. The staff wasnt polite as you expected to be for a 4 star hotel. Also couldnt use the balcony to even see the view to the fullest. The ceiling looked like it was under construction could be their style not sure but could see metal hanging. I also had to bring my whole luggage cart to my own room

    The perfect stay for the weekend getaway I was looking for with both safety and centrality!
    I loved the location of the hotel. The room was perfect for my sister and I and the view was great. It was clean and all of the amenities worked. They were accommodating and had a great atmosphere.
    I didn't like the lack of a microwave for leftover food. The elevators worked, but sounded a little sketchy lol. Nothing was a deal breaker and would definitely stay here again.
