    The staff was phenomenal. Beautiful hotel for pictures and in the center of everything! Had 2 twin beds that were comfortable. Shampoo conditioner body lotion were complimentary and smelled great. Shower was the best thing in the actual room. Bed second.
    The room was small af. If someone farts there is no escape but out the door. Bathrooms have no ventilation so bring spray! Dirty and not updated

    The hotel is located in an amazing location, really close to the main attractions in Chicago. Its nice and clean and around its plenty of nice rooftop bars and restaurants
    The elevators could take really long cuz there are just two for more than 30 floors and sometimes you have to wait 10/15 minutes.

    Unacceptable will not recommend this hotel or stay here again.
    Very good location
    In need of updates, found dirty socks under the bed from a previous tenant. Upon inspection of the bed we found a small zip lock of a white powder under the mattress pad. This was in two separate rooms after we asked to be moved. No comps offered or expected but would have been nice to hear from the property manager.

    I had to pay mpre for the self parking as the staff not gave any information to collect the discounted Vichur for parking at E Randolph. Cleaning was not done unless requested The lift was very poor, had to wait more than thirty min to get the lift to 26th floor both the ways

    Best hotel for the money in the location.
    Location! Staff were great and responsive. Overall, great value.
    TV was slow/non responsive sometimes, though staff did try to correct it. Bed was really firm.

    1 elevator didnt work. And it was very busy with the other and took a long time to get down with luggage.

    Great hotel for visiting Chicago
    super fast checkin and check out - automatically short way from airport by train ( around 40 min) very welcoming staff nice sharing areas in the hotel amazing view (river view in room) super soft and comfortable bad! warm room and very cleany, nice bathroom great location, close to Art museum, but in Downtown free water bottles in the hotel
    long waiting time for refund deposit back
