    Lovely stay! Good for sunrise and sunset
    The pool was great, rooms are very spacious too. The unlimited breakfast of choice/buffet (depending on how many customers they have each day) is done well enough. Right in the center of a whole stretch full of restaurants and bars.
    The beach front in the windy season might not be favorable. (It's not something I didn't like, it's just for consideration if you are in Mui Ne solely for beach time!)

    Pleasant relaxing lovely garden and pool area
    Beautiful flower filled garden and amazing pretty pool
    We had a bit of a struggle with our breakfast which is prepaid for. It finishes at 9am which for us was difficult as the kids were really jet lagged. Initially we missed breakfast entirely as reception had told us a finish time of 9.30am. No concessions were made they didnt even offer to make us a coffee we were just bluntly told finished and we had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast again. The staff werent unpleasant some really nice some not so.but could be a bit more friendly and perhaps offer help to book trips / taxis etc? Also its worth noting that due to the height of the tides there is no beach for a large portion of the day

    Pool was nice. Breakfast was tasty. Every day we got a new water bottle.
    We have seen 3 cockroaches in the bathroom during our stay or 3 days. Very old TV. Socket for the lamp was nor working.

    Very relaxed atmosphere, dog friendly. Right on the beach and great pool. Good breakfast. Our third stay here. We'll be back.
    Removing the outdoor/ indoor bathroom in the family room was disappointing. The outdoor bath was great and unique. Now it's just a standard shower like everywhere else. It's lost a bit of charm.

    Didnt end up staying through our reservation. We booked a family room and upon arrival, the bathroom and located fully outside which was not as advertised (listing photo showed a completely different bathroom). We were getting bit by mosquitos just trying to use the bathroom and noticed mold growing up all the windows to the bathroom. The property also claimed to have air conditioning, but only one of the bedrooms had an air conditioning unit leaving the other bedroom very hot. Overall very unclean inside. The staff was very accommodating and offered other rooms for us to switch to, but unfortunately nothing was quite adequate for our group.

    1. The lock didn't work. 2. I couldn't get any sleep at night because of too many mosquitoes. (no screen window to prevent mosquitoes) 3. Very dirty bathroom. The floor was always wet. Bath gem was used by the previous customer. 4. Chairs and tables were sticky in the resort.

    Could they fix some issues in rooms
    I'm assuming because it's been raining heavily, the rooms are covered with moulds, beds are wet from moulds as well and the basin doesnt work properly. I was happy that we got upgraded to a better room the next day.
