It is a drea (Read More)m for fans of Wreck Beach, which is just a 20-minute walk away. The area is safe and friendly, with access to a pool facility on campus. Nearby activities include swimming and relaxing at the large aqua facility. West Coast apartments offer furnished accommodations and a convenient location at the UBC Campus.

    Another great stay at UBC Gage suites hidden hotel that most people don't know about
    This was my third stay at the UBC gauge suites, and just like the other two times, it was just great. Check-in was virtually instantaneous, the room was clean, modern and very very quiet and extremely comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. Parking was $18 but wonderfully, it carried on the next day until 5 PM even though checkout time was at 11 AM so I was able to do all my work around campus and not have to pay for extra parking.
    Pouring rain the whole time.

    the room was noisy; there is something with the ac. It was making loud sounds, which kept waking me up. I did not turn anything on, so I don't know where was it coming from (definitely from above though).

    A nice stay for a short break
    The rooom was immaculately clean and well appointed, with eveything you would need for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is well located on UBC campus with lots of cafes and restaurants on site. The suites are a 2 minute walk from the campus bus station with a number of bus routes to attractions, the city etc. Buses are frequent and very affordable.
    There was little that bothered me. If you're looking to spend much time in the room, particularly as a couple it might be a little snug. The rooms are on the upper floors and served by two lifts. One of those was out of order (on and off) throughout my stay which was slightly irritating bugt now I'm nitpicking.
