Very good

A clean, simple, economical place to stay in a very expensive city.

The breakfast was basic but it was a hot breakfast, eggs cooked for you. The breakfast was included in the price of the room making the overall price an even better bargain than it already was. A short walk to a main bus transfer loop meant getting anywhere on campus or to downtown Vancouver was easy and quick. Vancouver transit is easy to use. Just tap your credit card. We found the room warm but with full opening windows this was easily resolved.

The room needed 2 bedside tables. Nothing fancy. Just somewhere to set your glasses and phone.

Very good

Only stayed 2 days. Would be a great place to stay long term.

Large clean apartment with full kitchen. Comfortable space.

Parking is a bit expensive and awkward with current construction project next door.

Disappointing

Bit of a scam

The location. We were there for a sports competition

"Included breakfast" - what they don't tell you: only for 2 people. I booked for 4 people and only 2 were allowed to eat. LOL... it's so bad; it's funny. "Payment taken one day before arrival" - what they don't tell you: they put a hold on your credit card right away. The pull out bed is completely unusable. A requested "extra bed" was a mattress on the floor. Not mentioned - hotel parking is $27/ night. But there is cheaper parking at other residences and also the parkade by Tim Horton's and the pool. I wish I knew this beforehand. The soap smelled like Comet cleaner, but luckily I had better stuff from the Motel 6. I feel they are pretty dishonest. There's other reviews about the pull-out sofa, but I see they haven't worked hard to rectify the situation as they replied they would on one of the recent reviews. They don't give all the information about payment and breakfast and it's disheartening.
