An enjoyable stay
All the personnel we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and courteous. We liked the design of the hotel. A nice bed and bowls for our dog were provided.
The room can be quite noisy due to the central location and the galleria, but we werent bothered by this because we only stayed one night and most places in Milan we have stayed are noisy.

Memorable stay.
Beautiful Hotel very unique in a amicable location. Nice staff.made me feel at home. And special thanks to a super nice lady at the reception called (Valentina )who really helped me and made me feel so happy during my stay.

Absolutely gorgeous room located right in the Galleria. The staff were lovely and left me a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday along with some welcome macarons .

Fantastic in every way absolutely loved everything about our stay
The hotel is beautiful, our room and the facilities were individual and stunning. It is in a fantastic central location with an amazing outlook over the galleria. Very clean and comfortable, so comfortable it was very difficult to leave.
The team at the hotel were amazing, so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble they really made our whole stay a wonderful experience.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough it is well worth it and we are looking forward to making a return trip.

Amazing hotel with the best views
Phenomenal views and location. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room and bathroom was equipped with everything we needed. I wouldnt listen to the reviews about it being dirty or dated, I thought everything was exceptional, especially the wonderful concierge team who was able to accommodate an early check in even though the hotel was fully booked the previous day.
