    Location views are good

    Overall the stay was good and we enjoyed the location. It is just 1.5-2KM to the city center.
    The breakfast was not included though we had booked 9k/day package. Also, continental breakfast at the hotel was super expensive. Almost 850/- per head is too expensive. So, we just preferred to eat outside.
    For 9K/day package, the restaurant could have easily added the breakfast which they did not. In house breakfast is super expensive which I did not prefer. Sometimes, you have to call multiple times to remind them for any room service related things.

    I booked with breakfast in booking.com but the hotel informed no meal was included. So we had to pay additional charge for breakfast Also the meal lunch and dinner was a bit spicy.. continental food was good

    No wifi was working. Food was below standard , no spoon no tea bags no hand towel in room all rea cuos are dirty with stains. I had ordered chapati they gave phulka , geyser also we had to request as it wasnt work. Unhigienic & beliw standard service.

    Horrible hotel!
    Lactation as with any other hotel in Ooty was nice. Room was spacious. Thats the only good thing about the property.
    Its an aged and very old property. The furniture and windows are aged and cracked. The room had a very bad smell. Had to demand for air freshener for some relief. The baggage handler took my suitcase, but didnt turn up even for half an hour. Had to call the front desk multiple times to get it at my room. I was accompanied by my little daughter aged 10. The front desk demanded 2500 extra for her. This was my first experience. As per the hotel policy they treat anyone above 8 as an adult. So even if you use the existing bed, you will be charged, I was told. STRANGE POLICY! The parking space is limited. As the property is isolated in a compound, you wont get any other parking space.
