The location was very convenient but one learns to avoid the back streets if possible as it has been a longstanding issues in Wanchai, wanting of fresh air! The walk via footbridges to the Convention Centre, and Wanchai foreshore to the Wanchai ferry and MTR exhibition station was excellent though. The housekeeping staff was very polite and helpful. In comparison, the front desk staff was not so friendly upon our arrival in the evening. This is with a background of excellent digital communication leading up to our stay.

The hotel is ok - not spectacular. I spent two nights here and theres nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a central hotel in Wan Chai the hotel is good. A lot of street food restaurants and hip coffee places round the corner.

-It is a pity not to have changing room for this standard of hotel.
- it is a shame to have to cross the restaurant to go to the toilet on the first floor when you have left your room.
-The offer for the breakfast is not up to the quality standards expected from such an establishment

Fantastic stay even after 20 years
The room is big and has bathtub. Very near mtr and bus to airport. Lots of food nearby including famous Bakehouse.
Gym is small and only treadmills available. Add some weights because HK has a lot of walking already.
